01 — What CESI is
A strategy execution credential earned through applied capability.
The CESI strategy execution credential equips leaders to translate strategic direction into aligned decisions, accountable action and sustained results. Through Strategy2Results®, participants strengthen how they shape direction, mobilise people and embed execution discipline.
CESI is delivered through a curated live cohort and culminates in a faculty-assessed Capstone. Participants apply the Strategy2Results® system to unfamiliar strategic scenarios and demonstrate integrated competence.
Successful participants earn the Certified Enterprise Strategy Integrator credential — evidence of assessed, demonstrable capability.

Conferral Week 14
Graduation & Certification Award Dinner
The cohort convenes to close the journey. The Certified Enterprise Strategy Integrator credential is formally conferred, and you join the IBSL practitioner network.
