Organisation Retreats

A three-day facilitated retreat built around your leadership team’s live strategy. The team uses DIG to sharpen strategic direction, align ownership and accountability, and establish the organisational conditions required for execution.

The team leaves with an implementation-ready Strategy2Results® Blueprint that it has built and committed to together.

D Day 1

Direction

Sharpen the strategic intent. Define what success must look like in practice. Pressure-test the assumptions on which the strategy depends.

I Day 2

Influence

Translate strategic priorities into ownership, decision rights, measures and accountability. Design how the organisation will move into coordinated action.

G Day 3

Grounding

Test the strategy against organisational reality — capability, systems, governance, culture and execution rhythm. Resolve critical gaps and consolidate the Blueprint.

Extend the retreat by a day.

Three days of hard strategic work builds a plan. A fourth day builds the team that has to carry it. Day 4 is a curated team experience, designed around your people and the venue — time away from the room to strengthen the relationships that execution depends on.

Participants apply the DIG pillars to a selected industry context while learning alongside peers facing similar strategy execution challenges. The cross-industry cohort brings different perspectives, experiences and approaches into the room, strengthening the quality of discussion, judgement and application.
